If the question is about the federal rule itself, ask us directly. We will answer with the citation and the link to the agency that wrote it, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

About an order in production

Have your order number ready. If you have spotted a mistake in the line data you sent us — a digit in a USDOT number, a name that does not match your FMCSA record — call rather than email. We cut fast, and once vinyl is cut it is cut.

About a citation

If a marking we produced to the specification you gave us has been cited for a display violation, contact us with the citation and your order number. What happens next is set out on the compliance guarantee page.
