What we collect

When you order — your name, email, shipping and billing address, and the line data you ask us to cut (legal name, USDOT number, state numbers). Payment card details go to our payment processor and we never see or store them.

When you browse — standard Shopify analytics, plus the cookie below.

The attribution cookie

On your first visit this site sets a first-party cookie called mmf_first_touch. It records how you arrived — search engine, referring site, or campaign tag — and which page you landed on.

It is written once, refreshed on later visits, and expires after 90 days. It contains no personal information and is not shared with advertisers. We use it to understand which pages bring people to the store.

You can delete it in your browser at any time. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your USDOT number or line data with anyone except the supplier producing your order. We do not run advertising retargeting pixels.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and business record requirements demand. The attribution cookie for 90 days. Analytics as configured in our analytics provider.

Your rights and how to reach us

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete what we hold. Email orders@markmyfleet.com and we will respond.
