Shipping and returns
Production time and transit time are not the same thing
Stated separately on purpose, because conflating them is how a two-day build turns into a complaint about late delivery.
Production is one business day for standard orders placed before 2pm Central. That is the time it takes to cut, weed, tape and pack your markings.
Transit is whatever the carrier service you choose at checkout takes, counted from the day after production finishes. Ground is typically two to five business days depending on distance.
An order placed Monday morning ships Tuesday and arrives somewhere between Wednesday and the following Monday. We do not control the second half of that.
Returns on made-to-order goods
Every marking here is cut to line data you supply. Your USDOT number is not something we can resell, so these are not returnable in the ordinary way.
What we do instead:
If we cut it wrong — the vinyl does not match the data you submitted — we remake it and ship the replacement at our cost. Send a photo, keep the original, no return shipping required.
If you sent the wrong data — a mistyped number, a name that does not match your FMCSA record — tell us within 30 days and we will remake it once at 50% of the original price. We would rather have you compliant than right.
If it arrived damaged — photo of the packaging and the decal, and we remake it. No return needed.
Before you order
Check the number against your paperwork rather than typing it from memory, and check your legal name against your FMCSA record. Those two things account for almost every remake we do, and both take a minute to verify.
If a marking we produced to your specification is cited for a display violation, see the compliance guarantee.
